The name traces its origin to the Sanskrit\u00a0language, in which Kati, means <strong>\u201cwaist\u201d<\/strong>;\u00a0Chakra, means <strong>\u201cwheel\u201d<\/strong> <strong>or \u201ccircular rotation\u201d<\/strong>; and Asana, means \u201cposture.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Do It?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2981 To start this Asana, stand straight with your feet together. Try to keep your spine erect and your shoulder should be aligned.<br \/>\n\u2981 Raise both of your hands to the front and your palm should face each other.<br \/>\n\u2981 Both of your hands should be in line with the shoulders.<br \/>\n\u2981 Now slowly breathe in and as you breathe out twist your upper body to the right and your right hand should also move to the right side and you should gaze to<\/p>\n<p><strong>back of your right palm. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2981 Let your breath flow deeply and smoothly and stay in this position as long as possible you can feel comfortable.<br \/>\n\u2981 Now breathe in and slowly come back to the center position.<br \/>\n\u2981 Again, as your breathe our twist your upper body to your left side and you should gaze to the back of your left palm. stay in this position as long as possible you can feel comfortable.
