Mala means garland and Asana means Pose. The name Malasana is used for various squatting postures in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hrishikeshyoga.com\/200-hour-yoga-ttc-rishikesh-india.php\">Hatha Yoga<\/a><\/strong>. Open your chest, see that the shoulders are relaxed, and look in front. Breathe in and out.<br \/>\n\u2981 In the final stage of this posture move the arms outward around the legs, going to the back under the buttocks, and hold the hands together.
