Lengthen the front of your body. Release your tailbone backwards, toward your heels.<br \/>\n\u2981 Stretch your right hand over the head and grab the left foot.<br \/>\n\u2981 Pull the heart in forward direction.<br \/>\n\u2981 Hold for up to one minute.
