This is very good position for lower back and strengthen the legs. This is one of the advanced poses. Although it is a seated asana, you require a lot of flexibility to do this asana. It is quite beneficial for the lower body in that it improves the flexibility of the hips and groin. It also tones the legs and gives the inner thighs a deep stretch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_282\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-282\" style=\"width: 275px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-282\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.hrishikeshyoga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/download-19.jpg?resize=275%2C183&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"100 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-282\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrishikeshyoga.com\/200-hour-yoga-ttc-rishikesh-india.php\"><em>kundalini yoga teacher training in rishikesh<\/em><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Do It?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2981 Stand in Tadasana Position.<br \/>\n\u2981 As you breathe in raise your arms towards the sky, make sure arms are extended and as you exhale bend forward from the base of your spine until your upper body will get parallel with the ground.<br \/>\n\u2981 Head in between your arms and looking at floor.<br \/>\n\u2981 Hold this position Five to Ten deep breath according your comfortable capacity.<br \/>\n\u2981 As soon you will come to end of your limit, then take long deep inhalation and come out from the position.<br \/>\n\u2981 As you exhale release your arms.<br \/>\n\u2981 Relax your body in Tadasana position for few deep breaths.<br \/>\n\u2981 You can repeat this position Two to Three more times or you can do some other variation of this posture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Variations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is another variation of this asana, and it is called the Right-Angle pose. It is a standing asana, in which you have to stand as in the Tadasana.<br \/>\nYou can keep the feet together or apart, as per your comfort levels.<br \/>\nWhile inhaling, you have to raise the arms above the head. The palms should be facing in front.<br \/>\nInhale and lengthen your spine and ground yourself.<br \/>\nWhile breathing out, you have to fold your body.
