Swastikasana is a simple meditation Pose.\u00a0Many people also call it Auspicious pose. If you feel that you need to do a meditative pose, which is not as difficult as the Siddhasana or Padmasana, in that case, this is apt for you. In Indian traditions, Swastika is a good symbol.
