Utthita Trikonasana is a standing and side-bending pose. You will develop better grip of the ground, so it can be considered as a foundational pose. three feet apart)<\/strong>, stretch your arms at shoulder level and bring it parallel to the mat.<br \/>\n\u2981 Now turn the right foot at 20 degrees inwards and bring the left foot at 90 degrees outwards, as this will not hurt your knees.<br \/>\n\u2981 Now sliding your entire upper body downwards towards the left.<br \/>\n\u2981 Relax by releasing the pose and come up and take few breaths.<br \/>\n\u2981 Now placing the right foot at 90 degrees and the left foot at 20 degrees, take the position towards the right.<br \/>\n\u2981 Release the pose and relax and bring the body to the centre and after relaxing repeat the pose.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2981 It is an extremely beneficial asana for chest opening and shoulder opening.<br
