It is an inverted pose and also an advanced yoga asana. The final pose is similar to that of a Scorpion, ready to strike. You are supposed to do the asana, at the end of the yoga session. To do this asana, you must practice Sirsasana.<\/p><h3><strong>How To Do It?<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u2981 Begin the pose or asana in kneeling position.<br \/>\u2981 You have to hold on to the opposite elbows so that your arms are at shoulders\u2019 distance apart.<br \/>\u2981 The forearms should be parallel to each other, and once you are in a comfortable position, lift your hips and assume the Dolphin position.<br \/>\u2981 Walk your body, towards your elbows, as close as you can get.<br \/>\u2981 Slowly, you have to lift your right leg towards the ceiling.<br \/>\u2981 While exerting your body weight on the ball of your left foot, and begin rocking forward so that you can lift both the legs off the ground.<br \/>\u2981 Bring the legs and feet together, making sure your toes are pointed outwards.<br \/>\u2981 Bend your knees slowly, and start moving your toes toward your head, while you stretch your chest forward through your arms.<br \/>\u2981 Hold this for at least three breaths.
