Chandrasana (Moon pose)

Chandrasana is derived from Sanskrit words “Chandra” means “Moon” and “asana” means “pose”. It is a much deeper variation than the Half-Moon pose. By doing the pose, you actually pay invocation to the full moon, in the sky.
